A timeline of features, improvements, and milestones as we build the future of school management.

Behaviour Management on mobile — CampusBridge School & Family

Behaviour Management is now live on mobile. Staff use CampusBridge School to log incidents from the yard or classroom with photo evidence attached from the device camera — records sync to the web portal in real time. One-tap merit awards are available from any student profile in the School app. The detention register surfaces today's detentions with a one-tap completion toggle, and automated push reminders go out to students and parents the day before. Parents and carers see each child's incident history, active sanctions (with an acknowledge button), merit points, and badge progress directly from CampusBridge Family. Secondary students see their own conduct history and merit progress in the CampusBridge Student tab. Behaviour notifications — sanction issued, merit badge unlocked, detention reminder — deep-link into the correct screen in each app.

Full Behaviour Management — incidents, sanctions, detentions, merits, BSPs & AI

A comprehensive behaviour management suite is now live across the staff portal, family portal, and student portal. Log multi-student incidents with role flags (perpetrator, victim, bystander), witnesses, statements, and an immutable audit trail. Issue sanctions through a role-enforced approval chain — suspensions require Deputy Principal approval, expulsions require Principal — with AI-drafted suspension letters that require explicit human review before generation. The detention register tracks lunchtime and after-school detentions with automated day-before reminders. Merit points award across six categories with configurable badge thresholds and a live year-group leaderboard. Behaviour Support Plans link to NCCD disability-expression flags and are visible read-only to all teachers of a student. Restorative conferences are scheduled from incidents with participant and commitment tracking. Physical intervention logs trigger a force-Critical override in AI wellbeing risk scoring. A behaviour analytics dashboard gives leadership KPI tiles, trend charts, and a repeat-offender panel. Parents see incident history, active sanctions, and merit points; secondary students see their own conduct history and can submit anonymous concerns. Compliance exports cover NCCD evidence, DoE suspension returns, and per-term physical intervention summaries. AI adds three new behaviour features: incident type classification (PII-stripped), de-escalation strategy coaching for HIGH/CRITICAL incidents, and suspension letter drafting — all labelled AI-generated with mandatory human review.

Academics, online exams & expanded AI assist

Students and carers complete timed online exams in the family portal — multiple choice and short answer — with autosave and staff review of attempts. Teachers build MCQ exams with options and correct answers, manage supplementary exams and exam-timetable sessions, and see learning analytics (grade trajectories, at-risk signals, attendance–grade correlation) from live aggregates. AI now reaches deeper into academics with rubric-grounded marking suggestions, optional batch draft report comments (publish blocked until human review), cohort and NAPLAN gap narratives from aggregate data only, homework task description drafting, class-level homework completion summaries, online-exam response assist for staff, and natural-language answers that include homework completion patterns — every output labelled AI-generated and teacher- or leader-reviewed before families see it.

Personal Notes on mobile — School, Family & Student

Personal Notes — already live on the web portal — is now available natively across all three mobile experiences. Staff use CampusBridge School to jot private observations linked to students, classes, or meetings; notes created offline sync automatically when connectivity returns. Parents and carers access their scratchpad from CampusBridge Family (profile tab), with per-child note shortcuts from the child detail screen. Secondary students get a "My Notes" quick action on their CampusBridge Student home screen. Counsellors and wellbeing staff can promote a student-linked note to a formal wellbeing record in one tap.

School Calendar — mobile planning end to end

Multi-calendar event planning is now live across CampusBridge School and CampusBridge Family. Staff create and manage colour-coded calendars (Term Dates, Sport, Excursions, Meetings, and more) and schedule events directly from the School app — with visibility controls that keep staff-only entries private. CampusBridge Family gains a month mini-grid with colour event dots, tap-to-filter day agenda, and an upcoming events card on the home screen. Push notifications for calendar reminders deep-link to the entry detail in either app.

Programs, Drive, assessment marking & profiles

Programs Management covers co-curricular and paid offerings end to end — sessions, attendance, consent, registrations, and fees. Documents & Drive adds school-wide libraries with governance-ready folders. Assessment gains AI-assisted marking suggestions with teacher-in-the-loop review, and profile surfaces unify photos, preferences, and security across staff, carers, and secondary students.
