What data can be transferred?
We transfer student records, attendance history, family contacts, fee balances, staff profiles, and class structures. Medical data is handled with extra care and encrypted end-to-end. Bulk CSV import handles any custom data your school maintains.
How long does the full migration take?
Most schools complete migration in 4–6 weeks including parallel running. Data import itself typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on volume. Schools under 500 students often complete in 3 weeks.
Can we run both systems during the transition?
Absolutely. We recommend 1–2 weeks of parallel running so your staff builds confidence with CampusBridge while your existing system stays active. No data is lost during the overlap.
What if we need help after go-live?
Every school gets dedicated support during the first two weeks post go-live. Core tier includes 2 onboarding sessions; Growth and Enterprise tiers get a dedicated onboarding specialist. After that, standard support applies — response times from 4 hours (Core) to 1 hour (Enterprise).
Is there really no cost for migration?
Data migration is free for all new CampusBridge schools. We handle the export from your current system, data formatting, deduplication, and import. The only cost is your chosen CampusBridge subscription tier.
